So I'm trying to overclock my fx-6300 to 4.5 ghz...

Last night I took it to 4.2 ghz without changing the voltage, but now I'm trying to change the vcore from 1.200 to 1.425

I go to the CPU Manual Voltage click on it and press + till it gets to 1.425, I press enter but NOTHING HAPPENS!

why? the cpu manual voltage won't change.

then I try to save setting and reset but the pc boots 2 times, 1 normal and the second is probably the overcharge because of the lack of voltages. Then everything is reseted.

why is my CPU Manual Voltage not changing?

I did read lots of tutorial, I don't understand why it's not working.

Solution
the reason for the quick boot is there is a bios setting that will not let the system boot correctly. What you are trying to do will not work. do small steps up when OCing, Not large ones. the trick to OCing is time. It takes a long time to get the max OC out of your system and many hours of testing to make sure it is stable.

ok, should I increase the voltage or ratio when doing it?

example:
oc it to 4.2 with the 1.2 voltage like I did before, it's stable.
then I keep increasing the ratio little by little till it fails, when it fails, I increase the voltage a little bit and try again
then I increase the ratio little by little until it fails, then I increase the voltage a little and keep increasing the ratio till the point I want.

that's it?

yes you have the idea. Make sure to stress test every time you change a bios setting to make sure you maintain stability. But there are two major things to watch while doing so.

1. Temp. make sure you stay under 59c while under full load. If you go over this temp you take the chance of the CPU throttling and lowering the CORE speed on it's own to keep from over heating. This occurs on all FX series chips.

2. watch the maximum voltage. If you put to much voltage to the chip it will fry and die. I am not sure of the max voltage of your chip but it should be on AMD's web site somewhere.

ok, so I got another problem... I went little by little till I reached 4.5 ghz on 1.41v, it stays at 30-45ºC normally, but when I ran the Small FTTS test on Prime95 the temperature went to 80ºC... that's crazy... One guys that has the fx-6300 on 4.5 ghz on 1.428v and with the same Hydro cooler as me was good, why did my temp go over 80ºC?

Have you made sure the cooler is seated properly on the CPU? Also Air flow through the case makes a huge difference. make sure the case is getting plenty of cool air and no wires inside just hanging about. make sure they are tied to the back of the case like this:
