my PC:

fx-6300 cpu
asus gtx 760 oc edition GPU
H60 Water Cooler
I overclock my CPU from 3.5 ghz to 4.5ghz on 1.428 core voltage.
The temperature is sitting between 35 and 50 ºC
The problem is when I try to run the Small FFT test on Prime95, the temperature goes to 70 and keeps increasing, I had to stop before the first minutes because it was 80ºC
What should I do? Leave like that? I think the temperature will never go that high, only on the prime95.
Or I can keep 42ghz
