Catalyst control centre not working properly after updating AMD drivers

Hi everyone,
Today I installed the catalyst mobility 13.11 beta v9.5 drivers as I have just updated to Windows 8.1.
But now I am encountering problems with the control centre.
I have a laptop which is HP Pavilion 15 E057se. It has 2 graphic cards
1. Intel HD 4000 graphics card
2. Radeon HD 8670M graphics card

When i updated to Windows 8.1 before updating to the latest amd beta drivers I had the optiion for configuring switchable graphics cards but when i would set games to high performace it would never work. All games would run on the Intel HD 4000 graphics card.

Due to this I updated to the latest beta drivers. And now when i right click on my desktop there is no configurable switchable graphics option. Plus the catalyst control centre has nothing on it besides information about my software and hardware. It has not other option like PowerPlay where i could optimize my performance for better battery life

This is all that I see on the catalyst control centre when i click on it

This is what it shows when i click on software in product summary

Oh and one more thing is after the graphic drivers update. My battery is decreasing at a very rapid rate
Someone please help me.

  1. Uninstall and remove all drivers you've installed from AMD. Install only those drivers provided by HP unless HP specifically states you can use drivers from AMD.

My laptop has been discontinued by HP. So what should i Do
  3. Such is the life of laptop owners.

If HP is no longer providing updated drivers, you can *try* using drivers from AMD, but I would EXPECT there to be problems. If new drivers from AMD cause issues, revert back to the latest (and best) working drivers you previously had installed.
