So, I bought 2x 4gb rams of 1333hz but the thing is that in the Bios, it shows 1033 only... Can I just go there and change the memory frequency to 1333 or 1600?? it has the options 800,1033,1333,1600,1800,2100. I think that is it, I may have written some wrong number, but it's something like that. So, can I just go there and change?

Yes, you have to adjust the frecuency and timings in the bios, to change the timings in the correct way download cpuz and in the SPD tab see what are the max timings and frecuency supported for that ram, take note and change.

P.S: Don´t mess with voltages.

this is my SPD tab, can you help me? whats the max frquency and timing?

and where do I change the timing in Bios? I'm using a M5A97

The one that say Jedec #5 it´s the max, looks like your ram it´s 1600mhz and all the other numbers are the timings, take notes.

I think your mobo has the uefi bios options so it will look like this.

There you change the memory frecuency and go to dram timing control.

There you will change the timings like cpu z told you. eg: cas latency-- 10.0

CAS# Latency = 10
RAS# to CAS# Delay = 10
RAS# PRE Time = 10
RAS# ACT Time = 28
Dram Row Cycle = 38
Leave the rest on Auto.
