i have a 1 month old HDD (Seagate Barracuda 1tb 7200rpg) and partitioned it into two(System=100gb, other files=900gb) then i bought a new SSD(sandisk ultra plus 128gb) and format my HDD partition "SYSTEM" and recreated as another partition named(works) and then I install a fresh os in my SSD.

When im copying files from my ssd to hdd and from my HDD to External Hard drive(seagate expansion) everything is fine, but when im transferring from my HDD to SSD everything was slow, sometimes my HDD may freeze, even the performance of my HDD is reduced when accessing some files.

Please help me.

Have you enabled "trim"?
without trim, writes will be slow.

When you installed your os, you should have set the sata mode to AHCI(not ide).
Windows will then install the necessary drivers to enable trim.

If you are filling up the ssd, it will slow down as it nears full. 80-90% should be the max.

Trim is enabled,
my current sata mode is IDE, for both of the drives, can you teach me how to convert it from IDE? is it possible??
about filling up the ssd, i am well awared :)

If you change the sata mode from ide, you will not be able to boot because windows does not have the ahci drivers.
The best way is to do a clean install of windows after setting the sata mode to AHCI.

There are ways of doing this without a new install that involves registry editing.
I am not comfortable with that, but you should find out how with some google searches.
