HDD problem Plz Help

hey guys
am having a problem with my HDD as in the video i just want to know is this can be fixed or should i just through it away ?! and if it cant be fixed is there a way to get my files back ?! thanks alot

Openning drive not in clean room or clean box , very stupidly. If drive still wasn't scratched by air dust, chances to restore data still present but will cost you very much. If drive wasn't opened, case would be much cheaper and easier.

Yes, bin it. Drive is not for usage anymore.
