my pc spec is duel core E2220 2.4ghz 1gb graffics card 4350...i want to play games like tombraider , need for speed rivals , battlefield 4 , arkam origins , crysis3 etc in full graffics is jst changing my card to gtx660 enough...will gtx660 work in my pc...should i change ram also ??

Upgrading your GPU would be pointless because of your CPU. It would bottleneck the crap out of the 660gtx. Also, the CPU doesn't meet the minimum requirements for BF4. You don't need new GPU. You need a whole new computer.
How much are you willing to spend? BF4 and Crysis 3 are very system intensive. If you want to play those games on max, look at spending $1000 if not more.

Yeap, that cpu is just to slow to play modern games, you must buy new one (with motherboard, and surely Ram also), if you want to play in full details that would be at least Intel i5, AMD fx6xxx/8xxx. Calculate your budget and search on forum for ready, checked configuration variations for proper $$.
