Need For Speed Most Wanted 2 FPS Problem

Hello I'm running Need For Speed Most Wanted 2 on this PC.
PC specs.::.
CPU : Pentium(R) Dual(R) G2020 2.90GHz
GPU : xfx HD Radeon 5450 2GB DDR3 Memory
RAM : 2GB DDR3 (1333MHz)
OS : Microsoft(R) Windows(R) 8 32-bit


So I've tried running this game on (LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH) Setting but no luck I get FPS between 12 and 4 FPS. Can any help? What to do? Please tell me, my email : forcejackey@gmail.com, I haven't get smoothness while on low settings. Please help me

That is a false statement. He falls within the bounds of the bare minimum system requirements, which are:
Pentium Dual Core 2.4 Ghz
2GB of RAM
ATI Radeon 3870 or better
DX10 compatible card.

He is just barely meeting these requirements.

hence why I said lower resolution... It may have to go down to like 800x600 or 1024x768..but that's *technically* running... >.>

Yes, I realize that's a stretch. :p I agree though, you're trying to play a too demanding game with a way too slow computer.
