How should i upgrade this?

So i currently have an HD 6850 and there's an option to get another 6850 for ~$60-70. Should i opt for the 6850 crossfire or look to get something else?.

I currently use it on an X6 1100t + Sabertooth 990fx mobo + 850w Cougar PSU
In here the person experiences stutters in Skyrim which i don't even play.

They do not test current games, but you can expect pretty good scaling while these cards are in crossfire.

Tell what cpu you have cause this may be helpfully to some crossfire expert to know if it would bottleneck such gpu combination.

If your psu will support a second 6850(550w) then that is an option.
Benchmarks will look good, but, cf is prone to suttering and lagging.
I might market your 6850 and use the proceeds to buy a single stronger card.
That 550w psu will support a card as strong as a R9-270X or a GTX760.
