I have been looking at computer parts since about October, and I have been noticing that they are on the rise, gpus are my main concern. I was hoping to do my first build soon, but gpus are up by about $80. Should I wait to make my build? Will the gpus go down in price? And if so when?

Okay for the gpu I really like the Gtx 760. In fact I have one waiting for me in the mail once I get home from school today! The Radeons are good, but I like AMD for cpu and NVIDIA for graphics. Here is the gpu that I purchased: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130932 There is also a 4gb version, but you don't need the extra ram unless you are going to be playing games like Skyrim with a ton of mods. As per your question I have also been watching prices and have not noticed anything near $80 in price change. I have seen maximum of a $20 fluctuation. What I think may be misleading you is that you were originally looking at the 2gb version of the card and are now looking at the 4gb version as that would be around...

This all depends on your budget. If you give me a price range and the rest of your build I can give you some recommendations, but until then I will have no idea what you are looking for out of the gpu.
