Hello,
I can't detect my i-omega external hard drive although I could see the light is on but no i-omega icon is visible on screen. In fact I followed some suggestion made in this forum by phil22 which is
"Check in Disk Management as it may just need a drive letter assigning to it:
Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management
Look at all the horizontal ribbons in the bottom-right panel. If your Iomega drive is shown there (it will have no name, no letter, and may be labelled "RAW"),.." but I am confused what to after that to solve the problem. I would like to share my screen shot with the forum to retrieve my very valuable data from last 5 years research work. I would appreciate any suggestions which would help e to solve the problem. Thanks.
