GPU will help you more, although you 'might' be able to get a 750k and a gpu for that amount of money.

Basically a 7850 and a Athlon II X4 750k. At least amazon in germany would let you get that for about 200e.
Not sure what is available for you.

What ram in particular are you using. 2x2gb or 1x4gb? You really could use more ram as well. I would definitely get more when you can afford to.

Since when FM2 cpu i compatibile with FM1 socket?
ShadowEA your cpu is on FM1 socket, all cpu compatible with that socket are to slow to play modern games, 2core based haswell pentium is faster..
Another thing is that to use full potential of card such as radeon hd7850 you would need i5 in most games. Really many current games need also fast cpu, not only gpu. Next such card need good PSU, and I suppose that you have some cheap 300-350W PSU because pc is apu based, so to power such card you would need also to buy better psu thats at least 40Euro..
4gb isn't a problem for most games.
Tell what games you want to play. Note that with such tight budget you should expect higher res/details :/

I missed that it was an FM1, my mistake. This is the CPU you would have to go with to keep your motherboard, as long as said board has support for it. http://de.pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-ad3670wngxbox
The quad core FM1 chips are comparable to Phenom II performance.

If you want something more modern with an upgrade path, then this would work and still be plenty for DOTA 2.

a55m-p33 has FM1 socket, Athlon II X4 760K is FM2 socket, it will not work.
That graphic card will work, but there is no sense of buying such card without at least modern 150$ cpu. Specific PSU model or 'noname'?
What country, and what games you want to play?

With lower fps movements are slower too in counter strike games and also some other problems with hz etc, but let's not talk about that.

So if i buy just cpu and motherboard will my current graphics card will be good enough to play these new games on medium

look at logainofhades post, he has edited it and gives your good option based on haswell 2core Pentium with 7770, you wont get better performance for that $$. for additional $ you could get an i3 that will be faster than that pentium.
On other hand some best cpu for FM1 socket that you will find on used market, but most gpu will be bottlenecked by it.

I would not buy an FM2 motherboard. AMD will be releasing FM2+ APU's I think in the next few days or so. You could wait and see what kind of performance they offer before you buy. I don't expect much performance from them, though. Phenom II performance maybe. They will still be slower than an FX series cpu.

Check what we have written - you need better cpu, your current is insufficient for modern games, either yo your current socket: Athlon II X4 651 (or with K unlocked for overclocking) or wait for pricex drop, today new APU Kaveri will be available on market so in few weeks maybe older hardware will be on some promo. And any gaming graphic card will be better than yours - but don't look to web-browsing gpu (5450, 6450, 210 and so on) even used hd6670 for 50$ will be huge improvement - but only if you will have better cpu to handle games faster.
