No Video from HDMI output on ASUS Maximus Hero MB

I've just finished assembling my new gaming pc using the ASUS Maximus Hero Motherboard. The system posts ok, however when an HDMI is plugged into the board, I get no video and the board gives the q code "b2". It isn't a ram issue, as someone suggested on another thread for the b2 code. It posts fine with my ram, just not when I plug in the HDMi. I am trying to connect it to my home theatre setup. Any ideas?

Yeah, I've plugged the HDMI plug into an LCD projector and an ASUS monitor and it works fine. Just not with the home theatre setup.

I plan to buy the 290 soon, which should solve my problem. But in the meantime, I wanted to use the integrated graphics. Perhaps it's something with the theatre box itself. I'll do some poking around and see what I can find...
