Hi, recently i built my first PC, I have hooked up to it a 28 inch HDTV I want to use as the main screen and a 19 inch monitor i use alongside, while doing normal tasks this works perfectly, especially with windows 8.1's new dual monitor optimization, however when I run a game it doesn't let me move the mouse from the main monitor running the game to my second one that just shows whatever it had open, so i have to hit the windows key to minimise the game to be able to switch songs or whatever, is there a way to use the second monitor without minimising the game? thanks!

You have to run the game as Fullscreen Windowed(some games do not have this option), or simply Alt+Tab out to switch the 2nd screen. If it allowed your mouse cursor just to fly over to the next screen it would be wildly annoying while gaming.
