I have an Cisco SF200-24P switch and an Cisco SG200-08. If i plug in my computer directly into the SF200 the network works perfectly, but if i put the SG200 between my computer and the SF200 i get no network connection...
Please help, thanks

Have you checked the cable connection between the 2 Cisco devices? Are you connected via a crossover cable or a straight cable?

The LED does not light up in any way. I tried pinging 192.168.1.254 and i got : PING Failed. General Failure.
I got my old switch(D-link) and plugged it into my router and into my SF200(completely bypassing my SF200-24P) and everything worked fine... Seems like my SF200-24P and SF200 doesn't work together.

Check the manual link I sent for some help (from earlier). Pay particular attention to the default configuration. You may simply have an IP conflict between the 2 "smart" switches.

I replaced my SG200-08 with an old D-link 10/100Mb/s switch and i got an internet connection. I dont think It's an IP conflict because im using a DHCP server...

From what I can see from the manuals for the Cisco devices, they can both be configured for the network they operate on. If both are trying to use the same network addresses (as part of their management features) then they won't work together. You have demonstrated that both devices work independently, that indicates a conflict between the devices. Check the default IP address for the devices themselves (would be required for the management functions). I bet they are the same.

Sometimes a specific socket on a router and a switch are used for uplinking. Other times you need to use a slightly different cable wiring diagram. read the manual.
