Windows 7 files on two separate drives (SSD + HDD)

So, recently I got a Samsung 840 Pro 256GB SSD for my computer to hold my OS, games, and other programs I frequently use. I installed Windows 7 on it and backed up and formatted my previous HDD that used to contain the OS. After I plugged both of them in, I realized that the HDD is basically just a massive 1TB flash drive. I don't know what I was expecting but I was hoping it would somehow integrate with the OS on the other drive and have folders somewhat like "My Documents [2]" or something along those lines. But all I see when I open up the HDD from the "My Computer" page on Windows explorer is this:

Is there some way to split Windows 7 so I have something similar to this:

on my HDD? Or would I just have to create folders myself? Also, how do I make it so when I download/install something it asks me to choose where I want it downloaded/installed because as of now, it goes straight to my SSD. Thanks in advance!

I did what you said but I have a question: Why does "Documents" look like this -

- while the rest look like this:

I prefer the latter and would like to change the "Documents" to that style.

Also, can I install some Steam games on my SSD and others on my HDD?

Public vs private folders.

And yes, you can install Steam games wherever. In the Steam client settings, you can designate multiple locations.
I have a couple on my secondary SSD, and the majority on my HDD.

OK, thanks. How do I change a folder from public to private or vice-versa?
