I took it in April of last year I think. If I remember correctly (it's hard because 801 and 802 blur together now) I did see one "here's a command prompt use it to do X" question that was annoying and i couldn't solve because it was an extremely limited simulation. (typing help turned up like 3 commands, I almost want to say that after looking it up after the test the command I was supposed to use wasn't there...)
But if you know the REST of the information really well i wouldn't worry to much. There are lots of "troubleshooting" questions that ask you how to solve X, which would be covered in any A+ study material. I used an online study guide and it helped me, because I was able to just do the practice tests over and over until I was able to complete them 100%, and it also let me see the answers/explanation as soon as I answered the question, and it would explain what the answer actually was, and also what all the other wrong answers actually were.

I passed 801 on the first time because hardware is easy, but i failed 802 on the first time by just like 20 points or something, but it helped me figure out what I was missing that the test wanted me to know and the 2nd time was much easier.
