I just installed my new motherboard cause I wanted to have SATA 3 for my 120GB SSD. My new board didn't come with any cables so I just used the SATA cable that came with my old mobo. I'm guessing this cable would be a SATA 2 cable so would this be hindering my performance? Crystal disk mark is giving me 200mb/a for a Force 3 SSD. Doesn't seem right. Thanks

the sata cable won't make a difference
SATA 1.0 = 1.5Gb/s
SATA 2.0 = 3.0Gb/s
SATA 3.0 = 6.0Gb/s
