So I'm going to build a new gaming PC in late August this year, which is after my summer job ends. I'll have at least a $1,000 but possibly no more than $1,500. I need suggestions on full system builds. I would prefer an i7 CPU and I prefer to have a Geforce graphics card by NVIDIA.

Basically everything including fans, psu and such, but I don't need a monitor, keyboard or mouse. My monitor is a Dell E2414hr 1920 x 1080 LED. I'm pretty sure I won't need a sound card as I'll leave that to the motherboard. But suggestions are still good though. I also don't need an OS, I am going to install Windows 7. This is also my first build. Thank you!

Here is that build. Should give you a decent idea of what your budget can afford.

By the time you come to building this Nvidia should have released their 8-series 'Maxwell' cards so I doubt you will use the same GPU.

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($319.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U9B SE2 37.9 CFM CPU Cooler ($52.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Asus Z87-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($137.99 @ NCIX US)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($82.05 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($87.97 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 2GB...
