I am new to pc gaming and i just got myself i nice rig. But i have i question about the GPU. I bought the r9 270x gaming edition. The thing is, when i am playing games (ac III on ultra, skyrim with a bunch of graphics mods) fan speeds are around 20% and the temps are 63 degreed celcius. Are those low temps or are the games just not so GPU intensive (i sometimes do experience frame drops in acIII to 15 for a few secs.) I would like to hear you opinions about it.
