my gotham city impostors never goes above 35fp, the settings do not change it either, i could be on max settings a 27fps and change them to minimum settings at 720p and they would still be around 30fps with drops now and then.
i have tried all the fixxes people have posted on the internet but none of them worked, in the menus i get around 100 - 200fps but as soon as im in game it never goes above 35fps and it makes it a horrible game to play.
Loads of people who have slightly lower pc specs than my pc seem to run them in really high framerates well over 60fps but im just stuck with an unplayable game
How can i fix this?
