Hello, I've had a 9600GT / Phenom II X3 710 / 4 GB gaming rig for 5 years now and I think it's time to upgrade.
At first, I thought of getting an R9 280X / i5-4670K / 8 GB rig but after the 15% price jump for components in my country just as this year started, that configuration is out of my budget. What do you guys suggest?
Also, I don't intend to crossfire/SLI and in my opinion SSDs are out of the question (too expensive for faster boot up). I will be gaming at 1920x1080. Also, I would like to be able to overclock since I don't plan on upgrading for at least 4-5 years.
I know that I'm being picky here, but do you have any suggestions?
