I want to recover my computer and it's given me the option to backup my computer or reinstall Windows, if I pick "Reinstall Windows", will I need to have a disc to install Windows 7 or will it just recover the computer?

Hard to say without knowing what model computer you have and if it is OEM of Homebuilt.

And you can easily get a copy of the same version Windows 7 disk from HERE.

I have an MSI A6200 and I think it's an OEM.

Then you should make a set of recovery disks, the computer should have a recovery partition that will allow you to reset it to the condition when you bought it. The other choice is to do a clean install with the install disk I linked.

Could you possibly link me a video or something that shows you how to recover with the partition?

Try THIS ONE. And back up your data before starting.
