Does the Antec One come with case speakers?

I have an Antec one that I'm building my first gaming PC with, I just recently started up my computer for the first time and I'm getting a no signal error (this thread has nothing to do with this just background info)
So to trouble shoot I tried listening to post beeps but got no sound. I also just found out that I don't have a speaker connected to my motherboard. The wires I thought were the speakers were actually case audio port connectors and I get no sound even if I connect speakers. So my question, Does the Antec One come with case speakers or did I get a defective product and what would some good compatible case speakers be?

Specs

M5A97 LE R2.0 motherboard

FX-6300 6 core CPU

GTX 770 2gb

Seagate 1TB hard drive

RAM and optical drive from staples just grabbed whatever was compatible

The Antec One does not come with built in speakers. Your motherboard should have audio ports in the back I/O, or alternatively you can use the audio port on the front panel of the case. When you say you are getting a "no signal error," do you mean that the computer isn't turning on at all?

Are you sure you set up the monitor correctly (power cable connect to a wall outlet and turned on)? Make sure all your wires (VGA/DVI cables) are properly connected. Also make sure that your graphics card is properly installed in the computer. Are the fans to the GPU running when you turn on the computer?

Also, what PSU do you have, and what is the PSU's wattage?
