Any good graphics cards above the VTX3D Radeon 6670 that will run on this system?

-Corsair VS450w power supply
-FX-6300 6-core 3.5GHz OVERCLOCKED to 3.7GHz CPU
-Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 Motherboard

I was looking at the VTX3D AMD Radeon 7870 but i am not sure is my power supply will run it? :heink:

I am looking for the GPU to be able to run newish games on Very high - Ultra but most high range cards seem to be very high power demanding. I am not bothered on the price, any will do.

If price is not an issue you should definatly get a new power supply as well. But your processor will bottleneck you in newish games depending on how new you are talking about so i wouldnt go for a 780ti or anything lol

You should be able to get away with one of the earlier GTX 600 series cards. The 650 etc.

If not then one of the GT series.

The 7850/7870 require at 450W PSU, I believe. That being said, with keeping your current PSU, I would recommend the 7870 or a r9 270x (both are the same card), and get whichever is cheaper.
