I bought a GTX 780ti but I have dual 8 pin and dual 6 pin PCI PSU cables and was wondering if it was alright to run one of each cable to my GPU because it requires one of each. Thanks for the help.

I have a SeaSonic SS850KM PSU

Yes, you use one of each PCI-E GPU connector. Your PSU is fully modular, so just plug one of each connector into the PSU. Your PSU has extra connectors for dual GPUs that won't be needed unless you get a second GPU in the future.
