I am a keen teenager and I am very into art and have been drawing from since I could. My question is I want to do some 2d animation and from what I can see adobe flash cs looks more centered at mac machines. I would only be buying a simple macbook as I would be using the older cs 4 type of flash. Would it be worth my while for saving up for a macbook ( a lot of programmes are cheaper on mac ) as always any answer is appreciated and thanked.sam

The vast majority of design programs are available for both the mac os and windows. I used to say that if you can find a good computer with a very good screen, there's no need to look out for it on a mac. But nowadays, even that they can't achieve well. Their macs with retina displays (high res) are failing like hell. Lots of problems with both yellow tint and ghosting on screen.
