My computer's OS is Windows Vista Basic. In my documents section accessed from my start menu, at the top section left where it says "Favorite Links", my computer displays the options: Documents, Pictures, Music, More (with arrows). It used to display "recently changed" but this has disappeared. When I click on "More" "recently changed" appears but when I click on this to view the items displayed there I get a box that says: "The item recently changed.search-ms this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?" Please help. How can I restore the original function of this Recently Changed option that should display? I have no idea how this was changed or moved and I would like to be able to use this option as I have been able to in the past.

Go to your user folders, Searches directory, there should be a Recently Changed folder there. Create a shortcut to that Recently Changed folder. You can copy it to where you want.
