$700 First Time Gaming Rig

I have always gamed on consoles, but now I am looking into PC gaming, so I am planning to buy a computer and I want to learn how to build a PC, so I don't want a pre-built computer. My budget is about $700 and I already have a keyboard and mouse. I am looking to be able to play games such as BF3 and Dead Space on medium-high graphics.

Thanks so much

  1. Start with looking at this toms build

You will need to add $100 for a os.

For a balanced gamer, budget 2x the cpu cost for the graphics card.
