Can my PC run Borderlands 2 with high PhysX? Links and/or sources, please.

My specs are:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200@2.33Ghz
GPU: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 650 Ti 2GB OC Edition
RAM: 4GB DDR2

Can I run with PhysX on high? If so, how many frames per second will I most likely get? I will be running at 1600x900 resolutions.

It runs it fine. PhysX is a waste even in Borderlands 2. But you should be able to easily max it out at 60 FPS.

I am not so sure. A core 2 quad is decent but kind of old, and 2.33 GHz is pretty low.

Also a 650ti is a mid range card. You should be able to get high-ish settings I guess but probably not max
