If your gaming and planning to do some extreme OC'ing then i suggest go with Crosshair V Formula Z. If not go with Sabertooth

Im not going to over clock that much Sabwetooth would be ill right ?

Yeap go with Sabertooth

Gigabyte UD3 rev 3.0 has bad feedbacks on its VRM due to its throttling, thats why im against gigabyte in terms of AMD.
