Hi, I posted yesterday and lot of people helped me , thanks :)

Nevertheless,, I am still in super confusion of exactly how good my build is..

so far what Im thinking is

@ intel Core i-5 4670
Corsair H60 54.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
ASRock B85 Pro4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 8GB RAM
1TB HDD
GTX 770 2GB
case
4 Kingwin 120mm fan

Corsair builder 600W powersupply
CD/DVD writer

**Beaware I'm planning to buy i5-4670 instaed of 4440 and GTX 770 instead of 760

Could this run battlefield 4 on Ultra setting 1080p with no lower than 60 fps? (WITH AA off)

Some people have been suggesting R9 290x,, is it really worth the cost?

How does my build look overall? will it last long and be powerful to run lots of new graphic intense games?

I do not necessarily need to play all of them on full settings as long as graphics look good enough and fps does not drop, I am happy

On top of that, could someone please recommend me a good gaming monitor to go with these?

(I really thought monitor isn't that all necessary,, is it? would monitor that costs around $100 do or do I need more?? either way, could you recommend me a cheap and viable one?)

After all,,
If, things does not look good at all

I would really really appreciate if someone could just try to rebuild the whole spec for me :/

absolutely lower than 1.2K WITH decent monitor included :(

Thank you so much guys!!!!

Solution
yes your build (and, incidentally, the build above my post too) will be able to handle BF4 at the settings and FPS you want. BF4 is a demanding game but a nice mid to upper range PC nowadays will run it with no problems at 1080p

for reference, my rig consists of an i7 4770 and a GTX 670 and I reach an average about 60 with MSAA off (the rest ultra), so your 770 will wipe the floor with it obviously

Edit: I also think the above build is better than your original, you have a liquid cooler but no unlocked "k" processor to overclock and no "Z" chipset to take advantage of that liquid cooling, stock cooling is fine if you only plan to run your processor at stock settings.

while the above build allows for overclocking with an air cooler that's honestly much better than most closed loop liquid coolers (though I don't think you need to go that expensive on the motherboard, a nice 100-120 ish buck Asrock Z87 mobo will be enough, gotta save money where you can)

If you think you absolutely will not want to be overclocking, then I would suggest going with your original i5 4670 and B85 motherboard, but get rid of the liquid cooling, it's not needed, temperatures will be frosty with the stock as long as you direct airflow in your case well.
