So, I tried to overclock, I did everything in that tutorial that everybody recommends...
I have an fx-6300 and M5A97 mobo, and one h60 water cooler.
I'm trying all day to OC it, but it ALWAYS fail the stress test of prime95. First I was trying to take it to 4.5 ghz because I saw that lots of people did it with about 1.4v but for me it always fail.(2 last cores stop working on prime95).
Then I tried to take it to 4.2ghz. It should be pretty easy... on the stock voltage the 2 last cores(5 and 6) stoped working, then I increased the voltage to 1.35v it should be more than enough, but it still fails!! after some minutes running prime95 the workers 6 and 5 stop working.
What is going on???
