I have a brand new computer running on Windows 8.1. Every time I shut the computer down it automatically restarts itself.
I reinstalled windows already because of another issue with Windows 8.1 apps not working.
I unchecked the "reboot on system failure" option in the windows system settings.
I have turned off all "Wake on" settings in my BIOS.
Nothing is working. Does anyone have any ideas?
