Hi :). My english is not so good but I'll try to make my point . Not long ago I ran CPU ID monitor and it showed me that voltages are not stable. For instance...where it should be like 3.3V I have 2.004 V , on 5 V I have 3.387 V and on 12 V I have 8.064 V .I bought a secondhand power supply from my friend month ago (silverstone SST-ST85F-P ) and I havent notice that difference (because i haven't run any monitor programs, until now).I have gigabyte 990FXA-UD5 rev. 3 mobo , AMD FX 6350 ,ATi radeon 5850 and 2x4 GB of RAM (kingston hyper X) .So far I haven't notice any real performance loss.I ran all kinds of games on max. settings and it works fine.I don't know what to make of this.

Solution
It is just a bug in the software, if the voltages had gone that far out of spec, things would be crashing left and right, many usb devices would not work and fans would be spinning much slower.

You can get a better idea in the bios on the board under hardware monitor or system health(varies from board to board)

Check out my 12 volt. while most others are somewhat accurate, as you can see some are still wrong.
