Buying my first gaming rig and I'm thinking of ordering from ibuypower. I want to run games like Skyrim on High/Ultra settings. How does this look?

Case:AZZA Armour Gaming Case
CPU:Intel® Core™ i5-4670K Processor (4x 3.40GHz/6MB L3 Cache)
CPU Cooler: Liquid CPU Cooling System(Intel) Is this needed?
Memory: DDR3-1866 ADATA XPG V2
Video Card: AMD Radeon R9 270X 2GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 -- 2x PCIe 3.0 x16, 4x USB 3.0, 6x SATA-III 6Gb/s
Power Supply: Corsair CX500 V2 - 80 PLUS Bronze
Storage: 1 TB HARD DRIVE -- 32M Cache, 7200 RPM, 6.0Gb/s
Total: 997$ including Windows 8.1, Keyboard/mouse

Solution
thats a good build and as for the cpu cooler that would only be needed if you plan on overclocking your cpu which with this build you can do. if your not going to overclock then you can use the stock intel heatsink
