Do you already have those parts ? There might be some optimization to do on this build. If you didn't buy those yet, what is your budget for your build, and what are you going to do with it ?

I didn't buy theses its just spares I had from friends
I only bought the Radeon HD 7770 so I'm really not worried of the budget so any suggestions would be nice

also I'm currently using the
LOGISYS Computer PS600XBK 600W ATX12V SLI Ready Power Supply Black w/ 120mm Ball Bearing Fan
Galaxy 24GGS8HX2PUX GeForce GT 240 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
and when I play league of legends on highest setting my computer shuts down just black and it wont turn back on until I turn off the powersupply and turn back the powersupply on

For a very, very low price, you could get this power supply, that is both reliable, and that would run all of your components without any problem at all.

The problem is more likely on your PSU, which is from one of the worst possible PSU brands ever. Depending on what you plan to play, you could even just keep your old GPU and get the PSU I recommended you to get.

The CX 430 would be more than enough for the HD 7770. Unless you are planning to get a big upgrade on the GPU later on, you really don't need more.
