I need to connect two CPU's to one Monitor. I have an HP Monitor which has a DVI port and a VGA Port. I connected the Display cable to the VGA port of the Monitor and that monitor is working fine. But whichever Display cable I connect to the DVI port is not showing any signal. I used different DVI-VGA adapters. Still having the issue. Please help.

That monitor may not support multiple inputs. Do you see any option to switch inputs using the menu buttons on the screen? I hope you're not expecting the monitor to display both computers at the same time...

If it doesn't support input switching, you need something like a KVM switch.

@anub... I really appreciate your quick reply.
The Monitor do have a button to Switch. But whenever I press the Switch button on the Monitor.
DVI: No Signal
VGA: Active
Note: Both DVI and VGA cables are connected to the Monitor.

Try unplugging both connections from the monitor, and connect ONLY the DVI cable to confirm it is working since we already know the VGA connected one works. If having one computer connected to the monitor at a time works for both computers being used, but it just doesn't work with both connected at the same time, I would suspect an issue with the monitor.

Are you sure the DVI cable is still good? Could either be a problem with the port on the monitor, or the cable itself. I'd try the cable first, since it's the cheapest. If a different DVI cable doesn't work, it sounds like the DVI port just isn't working on the monitor.

Double check your monitors menu to make sure there isn't a setting you're missing somewhere. Could be as easy as enabling something in the menu.

I'm using a DVI adapter. I checked with different DVI adapters. But still not working. Also I rechecked all the settings in Monitor Menu. I think I didn't miss anything. The next thing I'm gonna do is trying a different Monitor. lemme check that and get back to you.
Thanks again for your valuable replies.
