I have decided to upgrade my pc and I want to make it as silent as possible.
So I'm pretty sure my choice for GPU will be R9 270X but i've come to find that there are many rebrands for this product.

So my question is which one is the most quiet one?
My instinct tells me it might be the Gigabyte Windforce one
