Four 770's.. one to choose

Hi guys

Today I'm buying a 2GB 770 for a gaming pc that I'm building (4670k, M6Gene) ..tomorrow prices will rise where I'm gonna buy, so I'm doing it today.

I need to ask you which one is the most advisable, out of these four :

Zotac GTX 770 OC Dual-Silencer

Prices are the same, the Gainward just slightly more but no problem.
I plan to OC it myself, so I guess I shouldn't care if it's factory-OCed or not (?)
I'm seeking performance (of course), but also the best overclockability and the best cooling solution (efficient and silent)

What do you guys say ?

There's a bit of a quality difference between Zotac and Msi. Zotac may be having dual silencer coolers but not much comparable to Msi's Twin Frozr Cooling. And I wouldn't buy Pny. So gainward and msi remain. If I were you I would go with msi as their cooling is great and it's also not loud.

Thanks guys.. Still I've decided to go with the Gainward. Read a bit about it, those seem to be better overclockers and performers, although likely louder but totally bearable from what I read. But the inputs have been appreciated nonetheless !

@hypergon: it was not the prices precisely, it was a code you can type when purchasing to make the prices decrease.. and it was available only till midnight.
