CPU weird readings (athlon X4 750K)

So speedfan temp3 and aida64 and HWmonitor tmpin2 all read around 60 celsius when i run a prime 95 test the thing is that on idle they all say around 14
in hwmonitor i also have a "package" reading which says 50-65 on idle and 85-95 in prime 95
also my startup bios temp is 45ish
to what should i believe is my cpu overheating

what do you mean hwmonitor is right? i gave two readings from there one that says on stress 95 celsius and that is definitley overheating

room temp around 24 C

and my cpu's TGAmax is 85 so if its right he is overheating

i would have said it if he was OC he is not
and i know its not normal thats why i doubt what you say
and why would my idle be 15 degrees higher then my bios this doesnt make sense do you base you answer on anything?
