Will my older case work with a newer build?

I have an older case, Antec SLK1650B and I would like to know if you think it will work with a list of parts I have put together. I intend to OC my CPU. My big concerns are the PS being positioned at the top, heat and room.

G Skill RipJaws X Series (2x8GB) DDR3 1866Mhz
Samsung SSD 128Gb & Seagate 2TB 7200RPM
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 760
Noctua Case fans 120mm and 80mm
Corsair CX 750W Power Supply
1 optical drive

With a build like that, you should really spend those extra 50 bucks and get a new case.

I would say if you are going to overclock, you would probably need a case with better airflow.
With only the 1 120m intake fan listed as stock on your case, overclocking would be nearly impossible without creating too much heat.
