My system:- asus P5G41C-M LX combo mother board, Intel(R)core(TM)2 2.00GHz FSB-800MHz, (2+2)GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM & 450W PSU. Please suggest me the best gaming graphics card within $70-$75 that supports my system.

75 $ is too low for a good graphics card. increase ur budget a bit and get a radeon HD 7750. its around 95$. its a decent card for low range.
Edit: you may get a 7750 for around $78 from pcpartpicker.com (Asus)
