Hey guys,
I'm experiencing an issue with my new rig:

-msi z87g45 gaming
-i7 4770k
-sapphire r9 290 tri-x

The GPU is connected to my full HD plasma via HDMI.
As soon as I boot up the PC, I've got this weird display issue, the image seems to be split in two while navigating into the bios. The problem disappears when windows is loaded. All drivers are up to date, bios is flashed with the most recent version... I just don't understand why I get this issue.
In CCC I've changed overscan to 0 so that display fits perfectly the screen, resolution is 1920*1080, everything is just fine.

I took a picture of my bios problem:

I assume my problem might be graphic drivers related. As I am in the bios, the graphic drivers are not loaded up, so the display is misaligned to the right...

Could you please help me out here, I'm kind of stuck.

Thanks.

Well, my plasma is a high-end screen quite recent (2011), I'm not planning on replacing it for the moment...
The weird thing is that with my previous rig I didn't have that issue (had sli gtx570). There must be a solution less expensive than replacing my TV...

i had same problem too with Panasonic plasma screen with Asus Bios. So changed the plasma to LED n everything in BIOS was well n good.
Just borrow it from friend n check it if its your plasma causing you the problem.

Thanks for answering.
I also have a panasonic 50" full HD, that might be the problem, but I don't understand why I didn't have the same issue with my previous rig...
I'm pretty sure it isn't a bios issue.
I can't borrow a LED, I have no friend !!

thanks. More seriously, I'm very happy with my plasma, image quality is outstanding and playing on it is just a great experience.
I'm not planning on changing it cause it is not ouperformed by LCD or LED screens. I'll change it for an OLED screen but it's still way too expensive for the moment, it seems to be the ultimate technology though.
