My system:- asus P5G41C-M LX combo mother board, Intel(R)core(TM)2 2.00GHz FSB-800MHz, (2+2)GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM & 450W PSU. Please suggest me the best gaming graphics card within $70-$75 that supports my system.

You should understand, nothing on that pc is good at all for any kind of game. you will probably be getting about 20 fps on low settings on old games, and you should try to get a slightly better budget, otherwise you should at least invest a bit more into a GPU

You should atleast get a sapphire 6670 ddr5 or 7750 ddr5.
Those are INR5600 and INR7000.

Also, if you have a local 450W then upgrade that too.
