I am having a problem with the letter O running riot when using my keyboard on a Fujitzu Lifebook AH 530. I don't know whether it's a keyboard problem or a mouse problem as I get lines of 'o's in the search box when clicking on the start button also. It's impossible to type anything sensible. Has anyone got any ideas? I'm reluctant to purchase a new keyboard yet in case that is not where the problem lies. Any information anyone can provide would be gratefully received

probably something sticky under the o key.

have you tried blowing under it or tapping the key while its producing o's?

I have cleaned the keyboard thoroughly to try to overcome the problem and have since you answered sprayed it with an electrical cleaning solvent and brushed it under the keys. I tried it again (after a while to let it dry thoroughly)
but the ooooooooo are still as active only stopping when you hit the esc. key.

As nobody else had any other suggestions I have now replaced the keyboard and all is now well. Thanks to boju for the help.
