Difference between ASUS' 280x cards

What the difference between the ASUS Radeon R9 280X DirectCU II and the R9280X-DC2T-3GD5-V2.

The only difference I can see is the fact that one is dual slot and the latter is triple.

There no difference both are same but different version. DirectCU II has Exclusive CoolTech Fan drives wider airflow to keep critical components cool. V2 is just a modified version.

get this one, this version has 6400 on memory clock and the other has 6000
also the one with 6400 mhz has 6+8 power connector while the other one has 8+8 power connectors and takes more watts
