Well, I've been reading some reviews about the Nvidia GTX 650 ti Boost and Radeon HD 7870. Obviously the 7870 has higher performance and higher FPS on games, of course more expensive.
But the point is, which one of them are better for long-term uses? Because I won't be changing them for a very long time. My country too have high temp whole year 365 days (average temp is 30+). And is the 7870 worth the buy for that price difference? And please suggest me with the best branded for both graphics cards.

Solution
If it's just between those two, I suggest the MSI R7850 Power Edition OC for RM 630 from Jayacom.

With a factory overclock and faster memory interface, is still cheaper then the 650 Ti Boost available there.

So you're looking for the better quality card ? I don't think it's the performance that affects it, it's the manufacturer that is the deciding factor. Asus and Gigabyte makes one of the best GPUs so I'm sure their cards would last long.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the HD 7870. It comes with 2 free games, but check your country's eligibility. But if your country is eligible, then check out the GTX 660, It has similar performance to the HD 7870 and beats it in some games and comes with AC4 and Splinter Cell Blacklist.

Check Here for your country's eligibility

The R9 270x is somewhere in between the HD 7870 and the GTX 760

Only some manufacturers offer BF4 with it. But I heard BF4 wasn't programmed well or something. I heard of many cases of bugs and the game not working.

but again, check your country's eligibility at the manufacturer's website

What country you from by the way? Sounds similar to my country (Singapore).

Perhaps tell us exactly what cards are within budget (the brand and model) so we can pick the one with the best cooler. Both GTX 660 and 7870 have roughly similar performance.

Yes indeed we're quite similar, I mean near(Malaysia). Well my budget is actually roughly a little bit higher than the ASUS GTX 650 ti boost which cost about 700 MYR. And my budget is about 700-750 I think.

What is your psu and cpu like? Cos an amd cpu will make your case really toasty in hot conditions unless you have a decent cooling system set up (which judging by your budget I am guessing you don't) and also if your psu is too weak nvidia may be the better option due to lower wattage and better temps.

Fun fact the 650 Ti Boost has a TDP 4W higher than the 7850 (134/130 respectively) I take it they are about the same.

But yeah hopefully hes got a good enough PSU (380W or 31.7A from the 12V rail bare minimum)

Amazon ships free to Singapore but not to Malaysia. I like to buy from Amazon because stuff in Singapore is stupid expensive :)

Edit: Why must a non participant come in and hijack the best answer?...
