Cooler or not to Cooler?

If I run this rig, should I get a cpu cooler or not and why?

CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
MOBO: ASRock H87M Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video card: Asus GeForce GTX 780 3GB Video Card
Case: Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mid Tower Case
PSU: SeaSonic G 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

No need for cooler, you can't OC so stock will be fine, if it's the 4670k you can OC so a cooler good. Stock cooler is fine for any other i5 non k also you can't oc on that mobo so you'll be fine with stock cooler
