Are their any flaws in my build?

I'm new to picking parts for a computer and I want to know if this build has any flaws. I plan to use this computer for casual gaming (I'm on a budget). By the way I don't plan to overclock and I'm from Australia so the prices should be a tad more.

Here are the parts, that I'm not sure of buying.

Moniter- AOC 23.6" E2450swh $162
http://www.aocmonitorap.com/root/anz/product_display.php?id=23

Comparing it to the $169 Samsung 23.6" S24C300HL (http://www.samsung.com/us/computer/monitors/LS24C300HL/ZA-specs), it is cheaper has built in speakers and has 2ms response time compared to the Samsung 5ms. Just wondering if this monitor is built poorly or missing a really important feature that I'm not aware of.

Case-

Which of these cases fits my build (shown below) the best. I've only done extensive research for scout 2 and enforcer (prefer scout 2) but I've heard good things about the other ones (also please tell me if they need additional fans and where):

CM Storm Scout 2 + 2 fans (also where should I put the fans) $106

CM Storm Enforcer $95

Thermaltake A31 $95

Antec 300-u3

For the monitor I personally would go with the Samsung one, just because Samsung's monitor is going to be more trustworthy than the AOC. Samsung is a bigger company and I believe they do a better job than AOC when it comes to build quality. Not saying their monitors are bad in anyway, just when you compare it to a dominating Global Company like Samsung, I would definitely choose Samsung.

As for the cases, any of those fit, the R9 270 can easily fit in any of those extra and they all support ATX motherboards which the H87-D3H is.

Overall, a great build that will work no matter what. The only thing I might change in your build is the power supply. I would change it to a brand like Seasonic or Corsair to ensure that the PSU will last as...
If on a budget, have you looked into AMD CPUs? You can get more performance for that money, and get a better GPU for gaming.

About the case, if you like the Storm Scout, go with that :) I would put a fan on top to exhaust air out, and a fan on the side panel to intake cool air.

So to ensure that quality I would change it but it's entirely up to you, if you're on a tight budget then it's perfectly fine to stay. Not to say that Coolermaster power supplies are bad in general, a good corsair or seasonic one will most likely last longer.

From what I researched the Intel's processors are much better for gaming and better value at the $200+ range. But AMD is better for lower range cpu's.

Yes, that is true, but you can get the 8-core FX-8320 and a good motherboard and save $50-$100 and get similar gaming performance to the i5-4570 and better compute performance. Then use that extra savings to get a better graphics card, and your setup actually games better than the same priced rig with the 4570.
